Asa Hutchinson of Arkansas (pictured in 2013) has become the first US governor to visit Cuba on a trade missionAsa Hutchinson of Arkansas became the first US governor to visit Cuba on a trade mission after Washington and Havana restored full diplomatic ties in July. The goal of the trip is to find the best ways to “enhance opportunity for trade between US and Cuba,” said Hutchinson, speaking on Monday, ahead of a forum at Havana’s Hotel Nacional with Cuban and Arkansas businessmen.
