China's South Sea Fleet takes part in a drill in the Xisha Islands, or the Paracel Islands in the South China SeaSoutheast Asia will not issue a statement on the rejection of Chinese territorial claims in the South China Sea by an international tribunal, regional diplomats said Thursday, blaming the no-comment on pressure by Beijing.
