Lehmann has already been replaced by batting coach Michael Di Venuto for Australia’s three-match twenty20 series against India starting Tuesday evening in Adelaide after he was admitted to a Sydney hospital on Saturday with a swollen calf. “Darren is in good health and feeling well at the moment but is still awaiting medical clearance for us to be satisfied that it is safe for him to fly,” Cricket Australia’s chief medical officer John Orchard said in a statement Tuesday.
