Brazil high court to decide Thursday on Rousseff impeachment proceedings

Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff in Brasilia on December 16, 2015Brasília (AFP) – Brazil’s Supreme Court said it delayed until Thursday the next step in a case that could lead President Dilma Rousseff’s impeachment.
