China 'absolutely' will not have hard landing: official

Xu Shaoshi, head of the National Development and Reform Commission, made the comments to reporters on the second day of the annual meeting of the National People’s Congress (NPC), the Communist-controlled legislature. “China’s economy absolutely will not have a hard landing,” Xu said.
