Europe can't take in millions of migrants: ex-chancellor Kohl

Orban — whose country has erected razorwire border fences to deter migrants — earlier this year said that an uncontrolled influx exposes Europe to the risks of “terrorism, criminality, anti-Semitism and homophobia”.
