HRW denounces executions, illegal arrests in Venezuela

Venezuela says the deaths resulted from clashes between criminals and security forces during operations, which were mainly carried out in poor areas of the country. “We have documented 20 cases where evidence suggests that they were extrajudicial executions,” he said.
