ISIS Claims Responsibility for Assassination of Yemeni Governor

ISIS released a statement Sunday claiming responsibility for the assassination of the Yemeni governor Jaafar Mohamed Saad. Saad was the governor of Aden, a strategic port city on the southern coast of Yemen. Saad was a supporter of President Abd Rabbu Mansour Hadi, who recently returned to Yemen after fleeing to Saudi Arabia when Houthi fighters took control of the capital city of Sanaa.
