Mystery drones overfly French nuclear plants

Drones have overflown five more nuclear plants in France, sources said on Saturday, the latest in a mysterious string of such incidents across the country. It marked the latest incident in which the machines have flown over the country’s nuclear power plants — actions for which no-one has yet claimed responsibility and which authorities insist pose no danger. The drone flights have sparked questions over the security of nuclear plants in France, which relies heavily on atomic energy for electricity. It is against French law to fly within a five kilometre (three mile) radius of a nuclear plant.
