NATO says Russian troops in Ukraine as Kiev readies for combat

The UN Security Council was set to hold an emergency session to discuss the crisis in the former Soviet state at 1930 GMT, with the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) set to deliver an update. NATO’s commander in Europe, US General Philip Breedlove, claimed that Russian military equipment was entering eastern Ukraine.
