Qaeda urges revenge for death of Libyan suspect in US

The group’s Yemen branch also warned the United States that it would “pay the price” for its “crimes,” in a Twitter message picked up by SITE Intelligence Group. “We say to our Muslim brothers in general and to our brothers in Libya in particular … revenge must be taken for him, no matter how long it takes,” it said. He was captured by US troops in Libya in 2013 and died last Friday in a New York hospital.
