Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy listens during a debate at the Spanish parliament in Madrid on April 6, 2016A Spanish far-left party filed a court complaint Thursday against acting Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy for “crimes against humanity” over his support of a controversial EU accord to send refugees back to Turkey.
