US court declines to block 'Open Internet' rule

The federal appeals court in Washington dismissed a bid to block implementation of the rules ordered earlier this year by the Federal Communications Commission, set to take effect Friday. The court will hear arguments from both sides before ruling on the so-called “net neutrality” rules which have been overturned twice before in court.
